A rare mix of technical talent and people skills has seen Jo take the lead on numerous large projects with organisations such as Tourism Australia and British Airways, as well as a number of smaller start-ups and innovative businesses.
When not in the office, Jo enjoys yacht racing, skiing, running with her dog and hanging out with family and friends.
Louise Muszynski
Managing Partner, Head of Delivery
Louise oversees project delivery, client relationships, finance, and people and Culture. Louise is passionate about advancing Digital Purpose’s mission to create technology that drives positive change, combining leadership with a commitment to meaningful, purpose-driven solutions.
When not wrangling the Digital Purpose team, Louise is spending time with her young family, or being a keen netball defender.
Martina Kainberger
Head of Technology, Co-Founder
Martina is an expert in delivering scalable, performant software and infrastructure, leading high-profile projects for clients like Carsguide, Optus, Tourism Australia, and the NSW Department for Education as well as a range of small, dynamic startups.
Outside work, Martina enjoys reading, scuba diving, and volunteering at the local community garden. She’s also the proud mother of over 5,000 native bees!

Principal Full Stack Developer
Dean is a front-end specialist and full-stack developer passionate about crafting user-friendly, performant web and mobile applications. With a strong focus on user experience and accessibility, Dean stays on top of emerging trends to deliver engaging digital experiences.
A big foodie, he loves exploring new brunch spots, savoring a perfectly brewed filter coffee, and finding inspiration in vibrant culinary scenes.

Senior Full Stack Developer
Robbie is an all-round senior full-stack developer with experience across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure. He's worked for both large and smaller companies in diverse industries such as Telco, Fintech, and startups.
In his free time, Robbie enjoys playing badminton regularly with friends and attending social games.

Hari is our thoughtful and detail-driven Quality Assurance Analyst. With a background in software development and a passion for how tech works, she brings a user-first mindset to every test. Her experience spans banking, retail, aviation, and media: always focused on creating intuitive, reliable digital experiences.
Outside of work, Harikripa enjoys crime fiction, Indian art, and discovering new cultures through travel.
