We sit down together and review your progress so far: your idea, any prototypes or docs, and what you've built already. Together we map out what architecture might work, walk through the realistic options, and give you honest advice on the trade-offs of each.

2: Object model and infrastructure workshop

We lock in the details: help you define your object model, fine-tune the infrastructure selection, and settle on the exact architecture and tech stack for your roadmap.

3: Your custom Launch Kit

We deliver a tailored starter codebase with the complex plumbing already securely wired: authentication flows, database setup, environment separation, and deployment pipelines. Crucially, we include strict AI instruction files that set the rules for your AI agent, preventing verbosity and keeping your future code clean and modular.

4: Progress check-in

A few weeks into your vibe-coding journey, we act as your safety net. You show us what you have built, and we help spot any early AI slop or drift from the patterns established in your codebase, while mistakes are still cheap and easy to fix.

5: Pre-production review

Before you launch to the public, we run a structured go/no-go checklist: security headers, secrets management, error tracking, and rate limiting, so you're covered and ready to ship.

Phase 2: Workshop 2 + your custom Launch Kit

If we determine your product is a good fit for vibe coding, Workshop 2 locks in your object model, infrastructure, and tech stack, and we build your bespoke Launch Kit foundation, plus the ongoing check-ins and pre-production review. This phase is for founders who will build features themselves (with an agent), not buy feature delivery from us. If your roadmap needs a highly complex enterprise build instead, we'll provide a custom quote.

  • Yes. This is for people with the time and drive to vibe-code the product, who want control and the ability to pivot fast. Money goes into architecture and agency-grade judgment so those hours compound. Feature shipping stays mostly with you and your agent.

  • Not at all. The $2,500 workshop stands on its own. You walk away with a clear, right-sized architectural plan regardless of what you do next. If you want to take that plan and vibe-code from there yourself, that's a completely valid outcome. The Launch Kit is there if you want the foundation built for you, not because you're locked into it.

  • You absolutely can, but those templates are generic. With the Launch Kit, you are paying for bespoke architectural judgment tailored to your specific product roadmap, and our expertise in making sure it is secure enough for investors and clients.

  • That is exactly why we include the Progress Check-in! We act as a safety net to help catch those exact issues early. If things get really tangled outside of our scheduled check-ins, our team is available on a time-and-materials basis to help untangle them.

  • We can be, as an optional add-on. By this point we'll have already advised you on what to prepare ahead of time through the pre-production review, so launch day itself is about backup, not first-time triage. If you want us on standby, we'll monitor infrastructure and be on hand to jump on anything that goes sideways while you're live, rather than leaving you to handle a production issue solo on the biggest day of your rollout.

  • While Digital Purpose is an ISO 27001 certified agency and we apply secure coding standards to your Launch Kit, your final app is not automatically certified. However, starting with a secure, professionally built foundation makes passing future security and compliance audits significantly easier.
